Our belief is that if we take care of Mother Nature, make some difficult decisions regarding preservation of her realm then we can proceed in blending smoothly and seamlessly our luxury villas into the now delicate Earth.

We chose Koh Samui for our Naissance Villa & Marina because architecturally the designs and empathy fitted well into Thailand's Archipelago Paradise. Our future affairs with Mother Nature will carry the same empathy.

The competing countries for you investment of course will find any excuse to seduce. The travel Industry have for many years kept Thailand as a seasonal destination. Why on Earth would you not want to come here at any time, all of the time? There are no seasons here. It's wet or dry. Never cold, The Sun remains constant at around twelve hours a day. But of course Spain, Greece and The Canaries have rooms to fill where there really are seasons!
