Naissance Estates project has been pre-sold out to a European investor as was announced and rumored earlier this year.

The new owners in partnership with Naissance developers Solymar Property Co. have firm plans to re-introduce the project to the market close to its full completion date in 18 months from now. Project will be introduced to the market with a 5 star international brand operator contract and full 5 star fit out and exclusive estate hotel operation and facilities.
Properties at Naissance will not be offered off plan before that date TBA.

Construction of remaining part of the project will commence beginning of May 2008 and is scheduled to be completed and open doors by December 2009.

Branded investment package will be offered to selective few investors only, interested in a top world brand investment of highest standing. Solymar Property will offer freehold, and possibly fractional ownership of properties, limited owner personal use of property and a very attractive guaranteed annual return.
