Nikki Beach Resort to Open on Lipa Noi Beach in Koh Samui, Thailand
Jet-Set Lifestyle Brand to Debut in December 2008
Miami Beach – July 2008 - Nikki Beach, one of the world's most recognizable luxury lifestyle and entertainment brands, has chosen the idyllic island of Koh Samui in Thailand to launch a spectacular new Nikki Beach Club this December. Partnering with Nikolsons, www.nikolsons.com, Thailand's premier real estate and resort entrepreneurs, Nikki Beach Koh Samui will attract an entourage of savvy international travelers who seek out exclusive boutique resorts expertly designed for ultimate relaxation with sophisticated ambiance, fabulous entertainment, world-class service and gourmet food and beverage.
Located on the West Coast of the island at beautiful Lipa Noi Beach, the resort is ideally situated to view the magnificent tropical sunsets which magically light up the sky at the end of the day and herald in the night. The signature Nikki Beach Club and Pool Bar will be enhanced with a spectacular Sunset Terrace Lounge where couples can take in the brilliant sunset experience while relaxing on Nikki Beach's commodious Opium Beds. Nikki Beach Koh Samui will also host an Ultra Lounge VIP Club, gourmet deli, high-end retail shops, beauty salon and massage spa. The Beach Club, Pool Bar and Sunset Terrace Lounge will open in December 2008 with retail operations following in the first quarter of 2009.
Phase Two of the project unveils a private enclave of l6 luxurious two-bedroom beach and garden villas adjacent to the Nikki Beach Club. Ranging in size from 2152 to 26910 sq. ft. (200-250 sq. meters) with housekeeping and concierge service provided by Nikki Beach, these beautiful villas will also include private plunge pools, outdoor natural rock tubs and lush tropical landscaping for ultimate privacy. The villas are scheduled to open by July 2009, with one spectacular VIP villa of over 800 sq meters (8,611 sq. ft.) on the premises by the end of 2009.
Phase 3 will culminate in the Grand Opening of the official Nikki Beach Resort complex, consisting of 80 luxuriously furnished one, two and three-bedroom condo/hotel residences and four ultra-exclusive Penthouse Suites. The Nikki Beach Resort Koh Samui condominiums will have a full complement of upscale amenities including multiple swimming pools, lush exotic tropical gardens, pool bar with restaurant, sports facilities, tropical South East Asian-influenced spa, a library and a high-end cinema and multi-media facility, as well as office space and meeting rooms.
Completion of the condominium construction phase is scheduled for the end of 2010. Nikki Beach condominiums and select villa residences will be offered for purchase to investors at special pre-construction prices starting September 2008.

Naissance Estates project has been pre-sold out to a European investor as was announced and rumored earlier this year.
The new owners in partnership with Naissance developers Solymar Property Co. have firm plans to re-introduce the project to the market close to its full completion date in 18 months from now. Project will be introduced to the market with a 5 star international brand operator contract and full 5 star fit out and exclusive estate hotel operation and facilities.
Properties at Naissance will not be offered off plan before that date TBA.
Construction of remaining part of the project will commence beginning of May 2008 and is scheduled to be completed and open doors by December 2009.
