Many people know from experience and rightfully feel that long term undertakings and relations work best when people "click together", when there is certain energy flow, understanding and affinity between the people involved... acquiring a home is no exception. Don't we all tend to attract and be attracted to places and people that resonate our inner qualities, aspirations and particular state of being?

We are not "the usual" property development company... As a key driving force behind our company creations we are not driven by developing purely commercial and multiple residential projects, which involve minimising costs through limiting design variety, choices offered, use of common standard solutions and materials, while maximizing promises and profits.

We are not mass producers and have no intention of becoming. On the contrary, our company mission can be summarised as:

Creating individually inspired, custom-designed modern tropical architectural gems, built tough without sparing in the slightest effort or expense.

In short we espouse only the individualists, the gourmands of taste and style.

It all starts with a feeling for a place or future property site. Our designs are inspired first and foremost by the nature of each particular location. Giving birth to the villa design, its size, layout, facilities and multiple other factors to best complement and support the natural beauty and harmony of the location.

These are no empty claims. The Solymar Development, Naissance Villas & Marina master plan layout had been re-evaluated and significantly re-designed 5 times(!) in order to find that very right balance of elements, to preserve and emphasise the amazing harmonies of its location!

Similarly unique to Solymar Property are costly efforts to track around the world carefully selecting finishing materials that will ensure the reflecting beauty of the location, giving our properties timeless character that will age beautifully with time, like a very great wine.

This latter aspect may not be evident when the property is new, but it becomes crucial with each passing year of ownership. It guarantees property value appreciation in the long run, which is even more important in "the wear and tear" of the tropics.
