Talking about laws of attraction and magnetism again... we harbour no illusions that our philosophy will have relatively little value to a lot of people. It is what it is. It is a fact that most property buying in the tropics has to do with purely financial investments, where property is no different than stocks, bonds or other investment instruments. Let us be clear: pure profit maximising investors are not the type of people we seek.

There are more than a few people out there, perpetually in search of beauty... with means of course to afford it... collectors of the refined... who create their individual style through selecting their surroundings and myriad of things they live with... Trend setters, not followers...

Such people look at properties with their heart... they seek to fall in love with a property and its location... otherwise, they will not buy, why bother? Feelings of love are impossible to quantify or pin down: every little detail and nuance counts the interplay of elements all play their part, even the inspiration and attitudes of designers, developers, builders - all equally contributing to such feeling...
